Refund policy

Home Deluxe has no Return/Exchange policy.
Although, if you have received a Damaged/Tampered/Wrong article, then your order will be eligible for Exchange or refunds.

Please note:
No defect/damages in the article will be considered without an unboxing video.
Make an unboxing video while opening the parcel. Please share the video within 24 hours of receiving your parcel on our customer care email : support@homedeluxe.in

Exchange process:
Our team will examine the exchanged article(s) before dispatching a new one. All the tags should be intact on the article(s).
We will deduct Rs.150 if you wish to exchange the product.
